As well as a busy period for delivering projects, our team took some time away from our desks at the end of last year. See below a brief round-up of some of the things we got up to:

Barratt & David Wilson Homes Charity Dinner 2023 in aid of CFINE

We were delighted to host a table at an event held at the Chester Hotel in Aberdeen on 17th November 2023. A great venue for some excellent food with good company and even some dancing. All in aid of local charity CFINE who provide support and access to food in the community.

Cash for Kids Mission Christmas

In December we raised some cash for the Northsound 1 Cash for Kids Mission Christmas appeal and did this by encouraging everyone to come in to the office wearing their best festive attire.

Net Zero Property Workshop

We attended the Net Zero Property Workshop in November which was hosted by ETZ Ltd at the recently refurbished W-Zero-1 building within Aberdeen’s Energy Transition Zone and enjoyed networking with other local consultants and discussing the role of Whole life carbon in the construction sector. Did you know that Scotland’s largest offshore wind farm is located a few miles down the coast from Aberdeen?

Women in Property

Nicola kicked off the festive season attending a wreath-making workshop organized by the Northern Scotland chapter of Women in Property. She was glad to catch-up with other local industry professionals and to learn a new skill. The end product was quite impressive and we are already looking for next year’s effort!
