Services were provided to Cala Homes and so far, 278 new homes have been granted planning permission. Aberdeen City Council delivered a new state of the art primary school accessible in the development core to serve the development and existing community.

The development has followed a core route through the site providing with residential areas accessed from this providing safe and quiet residential environments and high quality homes. The layout and arrangement of the development provides for a series of connected open spaces and attractive green links that can be enjoyed by residents and the local community.
